In the event of a cancellation due to prohibitive weather, you will receive a 100% refund. We’ll send out an email and text message no later than 7 AM on the day of your scheduled trip to notify you of a cancellation. If you do not receive an email or text regarding a cancellation, the trip will go on as scheduled. Prohibitive weather includes thunderstorms, flooding, and air temperatures cooler than 72 degrees. We have locked storage available inside the vehicles where you can store small valuables like your phone, wallet, and keys. We do not recommend taking any valuables with you during the float. Storage is small and will not be able to accommodate large items such as suitcases or duffel bags.
We issue 100% refunds for cancellations made more than 48-hours in advance of the scheduled trip time. We do not issue refunds inside of 48-hours of the scheduled trip time. We do not issue refunds for no-shows. In the event of weather that cancels one of our trips, we will give you a 100% refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of your trip or do not show up for your trip, no refund will be issued. No exceptions.
How and when will I get my refund? You will receive a confirmation email regarding your refund within 24 hours. Please allow 5-10 business days for this refund to post to your account.
Yes, most of our vehicles do have AC.
You are allowed to drink in the vehicle, but please drink responsibly. We reserve the right to revoke drinking privileges while in the vehicle.
If the card that you have refunded is expired or cancelled, your new card will be credited with the refund. In the rare case that you don’t have a new card, the bank will usually send the refund to your bank account.
In the worst case, the bank won’t know what to do, and will send the refund back to us, at which point we’ll contact you via email to ask how you would like to handle the refund.

If your order was cancelled within our cancellation policy terms, you will receive a 100% refund. The credit will be refunded to the voucher code that you originally used so that you can use it again to book another trip.
We alternate between rivers based on which has the most optimal conditions for floating. We are unable to accommodate requests for floating specific rivers. Decisions on which river to float are made on a real-time basis. We are unable to notify customers of which river we will be floating in advance of the trip.
